Stephanie Olsen Scientific Advisor
Stephanie's love of the wild world also started at an early age, spending summers exploring the waters near southern Vancouver Island. Her desire to know more about the ocean’s amazing inhabitants led her to graduate work on the foraging habits of gray whales in Clayoquot Sound, off Vancouver Island’s west coast. She has taught, studied and worked in places such as Thailand, Hawai’i, and Alaska. Her desire to share stories of the natural world has led her to combine her passion for the ocean, scientific enquiry and education by collaborating with the Open Ocean Productions team.
